Happy to find this spot open after Tet. Staff was friendly and welcoming.
The tantanmen was spicy, but not too powerful. Together with the noodles everything blended together nicely. Will try the aged miso next time.

The noodle quality here is top-notch. It is springy, chewy, just perfect texture. The soup was ok. The maze soba is amazing though, the sauce leaves my mouth coats with that umami flavor. Store is very clean and service is fast!

A quite new ramen shop in Japanese area which specialized in miso. The miso ramen have rich flavour, you can tell they have some different compared to other ramen shop. The tsukemen was nice as well, the staff is nice to mention that they can warm up the dipping sauce again for you but the potion is little bit small IMO. Overall I think this shop is one of the best ramen shop in Phan Ke Binh stree
With great anticipation, Miso Chikura finally open in Hanoi.
For some reason, Hanoi has 5 tonkotsu ramen shop (buta shamoji, ichibanken, ittonken,Ippudo, etc(, but only Chikura really specialize in Miso which originate from Hokkaido. Their opening felt like breath of fresh air in the hanoian ramen scene.
