Probé el phở bò đường tàu y me pareció muy bueno. El caldo estuvo bien intenso y con mucho sabor, y la porción trajo mucha carne. Además, el local abrió todo el día, así que desayunarlo muy temprano fue una opción perfecta.
Lo que más me gustó fue que aquí todavía vendieron phở sốt vang, algo que ya casi no se ve. De los sitios que conozco, solo este lugar y Phở Thịnh en Hàng Bột lo siguieron ofre

Been in Hanoi a couple days now, cleanest pho I've had yet. The other pho places have a distinct taste that I'm not entirely used. I'll have to come back if I need another fix.
