Courteous service. Traditional dim sum lunch. The BBQ bun was the best I have had, ie chunky filling under an ultra thin skin. The dessert red bean soup was stunning. Fragrance of mandarin orange peel and a grainy texture. Excellent wine menu that featured the rare Domaine Takahiko from Yochi. Overall, the most affordable Michelin 3 stars experience.

샥스핀과 건전복이 시그니쳐로 아주 유명해서 두가지 및 크리스피 치킨과 소꼬리 메뉴를 시켰습니다.
샥스핀은 웬만해선 호불호가 없을 것 같은 수프와 함께 제공되고 식감과 맛이 괜찮았습니다.
